Separator Filtration Systems

Separator filtration systems are a filtration system which is used to remove sand and particles from water. Their specially designed internal structures, coarse sediments that are heavier than water are collected downwards by centrifugation effect and these collected solids are emptied manually or automatically. The water separated from the solids and particles is drawn upwards from the middle of the separator to the outlet line by means of a vortex. They can respond to high consumption needs with ready-made collector systems. In generally is used in areas such as food, salt, textile, chemistry, mining, cement, glass and ceramics, forest products industries, dams, irrigation channels, fish farms, cooling towers, agriculture and livestock sector. This system is a low cost treatment system and gives opportunity to clean the system without interrupting the process and also has no parts which need change.
