Dublex Softening Systems

Calsium and magnesium ions in water are removed ion-exchange method with HydroSoft-D Automatic Dublex Water Softening Systems. Softening systems are consisted of two tanks and provides 24-hour continuous flow. During the regeneration of the duplex softening system, the other tank takes place for soft water production to make soft water production uninterrupted. Automation of these filters is generally provided with Fleck, Clack, RUNXIN etc. Automation valves and Automation valves and PLC control with electric actuated valves systems are used as an alternative at high flow rates.

DESIGN FEATURES

Softening system design criteria is the resin bed height, between two regeneration time determination, the coefficient to be used in mineral adsorbent, the amount of essential minerals and automation system
